Ct100 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the ct100 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ct100 website, mobile app, or any services provided (“Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the “User”) and ct100 (the “Company”). Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
The ct100 platform is only permitted for use by individuals aged 18 or older. Users who have not reached this age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any offered services.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To fully access ct100 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, valid email address, and active phone number. Each user is allowed to have only one account only. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. ct100 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Users are encouraged to use strong passwords—a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols—and to change them regularly for optimal account security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a ct100 user, you agree to comply with all the following rules while using the Platform:
- Do not use the Platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
- Do not attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the ct100 system for personal gain.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or interact with the Platform.
- Do not distribute content that is offensive, threatening, obscene, or illegal via any communication features on the Platform.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to restricted parts of the Platform, servers, or databases related to ct100.
- Comply with all age restrictions and only use an account registered under your own name.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account without prior notice, and ct100 reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currencies & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ct100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support various local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and Malaysian online banking. Users are responsible for ensuring the payment methods used are valid and registered in their own name.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframes specified for each payment method. Withdrawal requests will be processed following ct100’s internal procedures and are subject to required identity verification. ct100 reserves the right to withhold or investigate any suspicious transactions before processing withdrawals.
Any fees or charges imposed by banks or payment service providers are the sole responsibility of the user. ct100 is not liable for delays caused by third parties during payment processing.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Ct100 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or business interruption. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ct100 Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of ct100 or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from ct100.
Third-Party Links
The ct100 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and ct100 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ct100.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Legal
Account Suspension & Closure
Ct100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account found to violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or use the Platform in a manner that harms other users or ct100’s reputation. In cases of suspension, valid account balances will be managed per procedure after investigation is complete.
Terms Changes
Ct100 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page with a clear update date. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved in competent courts within Malaysia.
